Floor scrubber make much convenient for nowadays. But will meet can't clean well problem after long time used. Therefore ,we should check the machine and find out reasons.

Generally speaking, there are 2 reasons bring the problem.

Brush problem

Take off the brush and check the Wear condition (if use a scouring pad, take off the pad driver ),When the brush hair length is lower than 1.5cm, it should be exchanged.

Souring pad wear to 1.0cm should change a new one. If the oil is too much on the ground, pls

Use some Oil removing solvent, then can efficiently remove the oil.

Squeegee problem

1.Check the squeegee to see if there is any residue, if so pls clean it at once,

2.Check the squeegee to see if it damaged, if so will affect the sealing performance,water can't dry and clean well.

3.Check the Squeegee and the ground contact parallel degree .,.Normally, the squeegee should Parallel on the ground, left and right symmetry. Otherwise, pls adjust the degree.

For normal use, should adjust the squeegee height according to the wear condition.

Squeegee should backward bending 5mm when cleaning.

4.Check the suction motor switch to see if it can be open.

Solving the above problems make sure floor scrubber work better.
