Daily Maintenance　　

（1）Take of the pad driver/brush, clean it use special solvent.

（2）Drained the water in solution and recovery tanks, clean tanks with water. Check if there is any residue in recovery tank, if so clean it at once.

（3）Lifting the whole squeegee set from ground, clean squeegee with wet towel.

（4）Take off floating ball filter, and clean it with water.

（5）se special solvent to wipe clean the machine

（6）Charging the battery.

（7) Check the scraping edge to see whether sharp, if damaged, please turn the use or replace.

Monthly maintenance

（1）Check top of battery to see if clean, prevent corrosion

（2）Check the contact wires of battery to see if out of contact and corrosion.

（3）Check recovery sealing strip to see if damaged, if so replace at once.

（4）Use special lubricating oil to lubricate all parts and shafts

（5）Check machine fasteners loose or not.

（6）Check tanks is leaking or not

Motor maintenance

（1）You can call floor scrubber factories.

（2）For every 250 hours after use, should check the motor carbon brush. If the carbon brush wear serious, please contact the manufacturer to change.

Battery maintenance

（1）Pls do as the instruction written.

（2）The top of the battery and electrode must be corrosion resistant, soda corrosion resistance is available, but never put it into the battery.

（3）use with soda water brush to wipe battery and battery cable section.

（4）Check whether the battery connection line is worn and the contact piece is loose, if necessary, please replace it.

Machine keep

（1）Pls keep machine in doors, and store in a dry place

（2）Keep the machine upright storage

（3）Lift brush set off the ground

（4）If the storage place is extremely cold, you should make sure machine completely dry before Keep, prevent Low temperature damage.

（5）Drain the solution and recovery tanks.
