The motor is the key part for a floor scrubber. When meet motor problem ,we have to settle it at once Or machine can't work well .

Overheat of motor.

1、Bearing oil shortage or gap is too small, so that bearing rub badly cause overheating phenomenon.

2、The bearing severe eccentric wear or damage, the rotor shaft bending or disk installation error, so that the rotor magnetic pole and the stator core are touched and rubbed.

3、Motor work overload

4、Stator coil interturn turn to short circuit, open circuit, or wiring error, cases internal short circuit current of floor scrubber.

Floor scrubber motor overheating elimination method

1、Regular maintenance of motors. Found that it lack of oil in time to add a composite calcium base grease, usually full of bearing cavity 2/3 is ok

2、Check if the shaft is bent, or the bearing eccentric wear. Replace the bearing when necessary, correcting the rotor shaft, core, etc

3、Check the stator coil is short circuit or open circuit by using the universal meter method or the test lamp method, if it is , should be back around making stator coil.

4、Check whether the load is matched with the floor scrubber motor, if not, should replace.
